My goal is to help women feel empowered in a male dominant fitness setting. I vividly remember all those awkward, uncomfortable moments while working out at the gym and most of the time being the only woman, lifting heavy weights & putting in work. I want to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to grow & transform into your best self. I believe working out is so much more than lifting heavy shit, I believe when you look good, you feel good & when you feel good, you are in your true form & capable of anything! It feels amazing to push your body to its limits and see what you are really capable of accomplishing! I’ve been an athlete my whole life, played soccer from the ages of 3-18 as well as softball and I began my weight lifting in 2019. I experimented with being dairy free & Vegan from 2019-2020, I absolutely loved it and plan to go back to more of a Plant Based Diet!
I went through a 6-month, 500+ hour course at the National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica, California. The program focuses not only on educating soon-to-be CPT's on anatomy, biomechanics, case studies, and nutrition, but offers an additional lab portion where students learn to view movement through a microscope: assessments of static and dynamic postures, technique cueing over all modalities of training, and client goal-appropriate programming, all supplemented with hours of one-on-one practical training sessions. I am now confident that I can help guide and transform you into the best version of yourself!!!
